I’ve spent over 24 years as a professional educator teaching at the Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s levels—and throughout my career, one thing has always driven me: helping people create real, lasting change in their lives.
My background is both diverse and strategic. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, an MBA in Management and Human Resources, and a Juris Doctor degree in Law. I’m also certified in the Science of Nutrition and Food, with additional certification in Dietetic Management and Supervision. This combination allows me to break down complex information into practical, realistic strategies you can actually apply in your everyday life.
But more importantly—I understand that lasting health isn’t about perfection. It’s about building habits that fit your real life.
That’s why my approach focuses on sustainable, evidence-based nutrition and simple, realistic changes that you can maintain long-term—without extremes, restriction, or overwhelm.
My mission is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported as you transform your relationship with food and build habits that truly last.
If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally create a lifestyle that works for you, you’re in the right place.
